About Salvation
Is there really a God? Can I know the truth among so many views?
Finding Truth, Certainty, and Eternal Hope
Yes, we can know God through His revealed Word, the Bible. While the world offers many different religious views, the Christian faith centers on an objective, historical foundation: Jesus Christ.
Â
-
The Unique Claims of Jesus: Jesus declared Himself to be the way, the truth, and the life, stating that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
 -
Historical Evidence: Christianity rests on the historical reality of Jesus' death, burial, and bodily resurrection, which provides the unique proof of God's love and power over death.
How can anyone be certain they are going to heaven?
Certainty doesn't come from human effort, good works, or religious frustration; it comes from trusting in Jesus' finished work. You can have absolute assurance of a heavenly eternity because:

-
His Promise: Jesus promised to prepare a place for believers and bring them to Himself (John 14:3).

-
His Substitutionary Sacrifice: Jesus paid the price for our sin on the cross, acting as our mediator and high priest (1 John 2:1) to present us holy and blameless before God (Colossians 1:22).

-
His Forgiveness: When we confess our sins and place our trust in Him, God is faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
How do I receive this assurance?
Eternal security and a relationship with God are received through grace, not human achievement.
